The Daily Program
Residents are young men and women who feel the calling to vocational ministry and want to step their foot in an get more discipleship and training for ministry. They will spend most of their time gaining valuable hands-on ministry experience across all our campuses while pinpointing their specific calling through uniquely tailored tracks. This is an entry level paid position on the church staff, so there are very limited openings each year. Our goal is to offer residents from around the world the opportunity to gain experience.
Residents can apply for other gainful employment in the area as long as it does not interfere with their agreed-upon schedules. Housing options are not available at this time through this program, every resident is welcome to make other arrangements at their own cost.
Residents will maintain a weekly schedule of approximately 30 office hours and gain experience by taking on various leadership opportunities at church services. While ministry can look different from week to week, residents can expect to spend full days at church on Sundays, 8-10 hours in the office during the day, Wednesdays and Fridays, and then expected flex hours for special evening and weekend events. During the first 1½ years, no dating is allowed; then, wisely counseled courtship with leadership support is permitted in the final six months of the residency.
